Our Easter Lemon Drizzle Cake is made by baking rich madeira sponge and soaking it in lemon sugar syrup, just like your granny would make. We allow the soaked sponge to rest and then decorate it with rich and tangy house buttercream made with real Irish butter, Lemon Juice and lemon rind.
