Waterford has the Blaa & Dublin has Old Dublin Gur Cake. A traditional favourite amongst young Dubs on the ‘Gurr’ from school in the ‘Rare Auld Times’. We have jazzed it up by soaking the fruit in Earl Gray Tea for a more nuanced flavour but the principle is the same. Mainly deliciousness.
