Manning’s Bakery first opened its doors as a small family bakery in Dublin in the early 1950’s.  Today the business is still run with passion and enthusiasm by the second and third generations of the Manning Family.

Over the years our horizons and influences have grown but we have never lost track of our craft Dublin Bakery heritage. Each of our locations has its own kitchen with a resident confectioner so we can hand-make an unparalleled range of Occasion Cakes & Treats 7 days a week to order for your party or event.

At Mannings Bakery we make a diverse range of traditional and contemporary cakes and treats including traditional flaky coffee slices filled with fresh Irish cream, shortbread apple tarts, Red Velvet & Belgian Milk chocolate gateaux and some really special personalised occasion cakes. All of our Occasion Cakes & treats are handmade to order with love for collection in one of our locations or delivery across Dublin (see Delivery for details).
